Returns

Note: At this time we are only accepting returns for products that are damaged or defective. Please make certain that you order the appropriate product and size. For more information, please see our Size Chart page.

We also take extra precautions and perform a thorough quality check before shipping to make sure you receive a high-quality product.

If the product you receive is damaged or defective you can receive a full refund or store credit within 7 days from the order delivery date. Unfortunately, after 30 days we no longer accept returns. 

Returns are processed once damaged/defective product is received and verified.

All return items must have the tags attached and be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Made to Measure, Custom Orders & Jewelry products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and must have the tags attached. The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product has been worn or damaged, there may be an additional restocking fee.

International Orders

At this time we do not accept returns from anywhere outside of the United States & Canada.

Exchanges

At this time we are only accepting returns for products that are damaged or defective.

If the product you receive is damaged or defective you can exchange it for another one of our products within 7 days from the order delivery date. Unfortunately, after 30 days we no longer accept returns. 

Exchanges are possible within 14 days from the order date. Unfortunately, after 30 days we no longer accept exchanges.

How to Mail Back an Online Return

To start off your return process you must email info@losmahal.com with your “Order #” in the email subject line.
Please provide a brief description of the reason for your return, and a valid receipt.
After this a Los Mahal Customer Care Representative will assess your return and email you back with more instructions and details.
